Hey bud, I called the urchin "spike" and it is doing well. I also have that stuff and someone here said it may be q-tip sponge. So far nothing has been harmed in my tank but nothing eats it, either.
Yes I did . Where do you pick up your corals? My lights broke so I am back to the basic tube. I will save up for a new set. No more used lights - expensive lesson.

good to hear your's is doing well the sun coral doesn't need lights, actually just the opposite--it doesnt like em.
