live plants in sump/refuge

Anyone have any suggestions on what type of plants i should put in my sump/refuge??? Or anything besides plants? I've looked on SWF but they seem to be kind of limited on their plant selection. And my closest LFS is about 3 hours away.

most will recommend chaetomorpha, which wont go sexual and helps lower phosphates. You can usually find it on ----.
