live rock creature id please

Just when you think you have seen everything your live rock has to offer..... tonight i noticed that some round (i thought) skeleton like things were not all skeletons at all--they look like the underside of a mushroom with striations--but some have translucent tentacle like "arms" waving around. Any ideas? thanks

they're most likely worms. I have them on my lr.

If they look similar to tiny shrimp but clear with a dark stripe down the back I have those in my tank as well and they're reproducing like crazy and thats a good thing.
