I have just found a worm like critter on my live rock, it is about 1/4 inch long, brown, and has many legs, that are always moving around. It also moves VERY slow.... HELP....

bristle worms come in many colors. i have seen red, brown , black, green, even white ones in my tanks. some also have multiple colors like black and red for example.

they are a great thing for your tank! they eat all the funk in the tank. just make sure you don't touch them! they hurt like hell!!!

Colors dont really help allot in an ID being my bristles have 2 colors red an white im selling them as bi color bristles j/k
Like he said watch its body movement, i have a big one that eats small peices of clam/shrimp when i feed the tank.
Dont touch the thing for god's sake too, if ya do ya might wanna pee on it!
