Live Rock Die Off

My Shipment Of Rock Just Got Here. This Might Be A Stupid ??? But I Am Getting Ready To Clean Off The Die Off. What Does The The Die Off Look Like Or What Is It???? Should I Gently Scrub The Whole Rock?? Would These Rocks Break If I Use A Hammer To Bust Them Into Smaller Pieces.....thanks Any Reponses Are Welcome.....

make sure u cure the rock if you got it in the mail... i have some kent cleaner stuff that came with a scrub brush to clean off die off. yes a hammer will break the rock

Its Going In A New Tank So It Will Be Ok Thanks For The Help I Think I Am Going To Scrub Each Rock Pretty Good...

ya. im not sure what the liquid actually does but i use it anyway hah...works good to clean off rocks.

no idea either but i found it more efficient than toothbrush imo
