Good to hear that there is progress in this matter. It's never fun hearing that someone might be ripped off online.

I would believe it that the 'wind' took the power out - it was really nasty last week. The news said there was ~200,000 homes without power for over 5 days. I guess i was just lucky

I do too. we have had several wind storms lately that really messed things up. But if its a scam Then we do not want it here we are giving the benifit of the doubt for now.

I emailed the guy a on Sunday, still haven't heard from him.

And hopefully you had already contacted paypal and your credit card company. Scam or not, it is best to get that end going sooner rather than later. You can always drop any claim if the deal turns out ok.

I only emailed inquired about rock, haven't commited to anytihing yet, no payment sent, just figured I'd update the status as I see it, which isn't good so far.
