Hi i was wondering if there was anyway to get my live rock to grow better.

In what way?
"Live" rock refers to the life in the rock. As with other critters in our tanks, proper lighting, flow, water quality, etc. are all important.

Did you start out with good live rock? Biodiversity declines in an aquarium over time. If you started out with well cared for rock you'll see a lot of different things as your tank matures and you provide good water quality.

you can increase biodiversity by buying LR from different sources to get different life form dominated rock, when buying individual pieces make sure they are very colorfull (pinks, purples, look for tube worms, sponge, etcetera) be picky. if your at the capacity you want for LR just buy nice small pieces, some forms of life spread faster than others, be patient.
