Live rock in cold water

So my cousin never gave me the 220 tank he decided to keep it.

but I got so into the idea of a tank that I went on craigslist and I bought a 92 corner tank and brought it home today.
I got about 50-60gals of water, 100-125 pounds of live rock, 100 pound of live sand, canopy with 4 92 watt compact lights, LED moonlights, sump wet/dry all for and old protein skimmer$450
but I think I may have made a stupid mistake
the rock was in the water at like 60-65 degrees for maybe 6-7 hours.
is the rock and sand dead? If its not dead will I still needs to recycle the tank with this amount of water?
The tank also came with some fish but they are in a neighbors tank until I can take them

From what I was told about my QT, the bacteria can live in cold water so maybe you are ok. Check params and then stick in some food for like 8 hours. then check params to see what you have. then wait another 8 hours and check again to be sure the numbers are going down.

ok well that makes me feel better
the rock does seem to smell fine. Is that an accurate way to tell that there wasnt too much die off?

Your rock is fine, the ocean does not remain one constant temperature year round, storm fronts and changes of seasons come with some temperature changes and as long as the rock did not remain in cold temperatures for an extended period of time, it will be fine. You may loose a little bit of life, but it will recover. You may notice a spike in ammonia from any die off, but this should fade as well, if you are re-setting up your tank, you will have a cycling process to go through anyway. You many not notice a full blown cycle, as all your contents are only being moved not set up for a first time and your bacterial base is already somewhat established. Good luck and remember to post pictures when your tank setup is complete.
