Live rock in the sump ?

Fuax...i was curious...whats the GPH you have going trough ur fuge?I was thinking of doing the same thing with the rubbermaid or 10 or20 gallon tank for my 55G. I was just wondering how much water u have flowing in there.

I have a small penguin 550 powerhead pumping water from my sump into my refuge and then it just over flows into back into my sump near my ehiem 1060 pump. water flow is fairly slow i put the second overflow tube in just as a back up incase a plant clogged the other one. i try to set my tanks up so I have couple of redundences so i have no problems with water on the floor.
