Live Rock Lighting Requirments

Are there any speciffic lighting requirments for live rock or will a cheep 15 watt hood work?

bump. I'm wondering too. I have very minimal lighting on my 125g now that is FOWLR but want to upgrade lights in 4-6 months for corals. I don't want to lose what's on my rocks now.

Id suggest pc lighting for lr but if your going to go reef later on might as well get mh lighting.
