Live rock losing color?!?!

Hey guys, got another one for you!
My live rock was beautiful when I got it - dark purple and green, but it has since been losing it's color and turning white in many areas.
The rock is new - 2 weeks old - and I put the Custom Sealife PowerCompacts in a week ago. Between the white and all the brown algae cropping up my tank looks like a mess!

they are being bleached. very common, theyll come back in time. just keep your calcium and alk high.

Mine did the same when I added additional lighting, but 1 month later it's starting to look great.
