Got 45 ilb's of live rock from live aquaria.com for my 55 gallon cycleing tank.. I got the rock in the tank and got to head to work- Do I need to cure the rock again and if so how? Should I keep the light on? Turn on the prizm skimmer now? Any help would be nice-

Your rock will need to recycle. I will have some die off from the trip. But you say your 55 is cycling so just through it in there, as long as you don't have any critters in there (which you shouldn't yet) You don't need any light on your tank while cycling. And as far as your skimmer goes. I would leave it off until you cycle is near complete. It depends on how long you tank will take to cycle. Normally about 4-6 wks.
Oh yeah in the future you might not want to post a competators web add/name. It will most likely be deleted. :D

Would it be ok to put a fish in in a week? And do I have to do a bunch of water changes, I get my water distilled at walmart and doing a bunch of them would be spendy$$ Also, will it hurt the live rock if the salinity is at 1.26? I added some freshwater that should lower it... Also, could I set up a 10 gallon tank q.t., and if what equipment would work??

No you can't add a fish in a week. Your tank will not be cycled and could not handle a fish at that point. Like Isaid earlier it takes 4-6 weeks for a tank to cycle. You should moniter your water levels and when the amn and nitrites fall to 0 do a large water change and then you can add a fish. Do a search on "quarintine tanks" to find out more info on your 10g tank.
