Live rock question

So I found a good deal on some live rock, but I don't have heaters in my tank yet (they will arrive in a week or two). Is live rock alright to keep it in cold water, or will this kill all my beneficial bacteria?

The water is probably in the high 60's. I might be able to get it a little bit warmer but I only have a very small aquarium heater

you say its coming in a week or two, why cant you just buy a heater in that time. Im not really sure how the bactiria would do in that temp

No my heaters are arriving in a week or two, and I won't be able to get this rock unless I buy it in the next few days.

The rock will be fine. Bacteria can sustain really cold temperates. The bacteria reproduction rate drops in cooler temperatures, but I don't think you're worried about that.
