I Have Noticed Little Worm Like Creatures Coming Out Of The Live Rock. What Is This?
could be more descriptive if you want answers other than the normal worms that people see.

You ask for help , obviously don`t know what it is , and reject the first thought on what it might be . Then you act like a know it all . Hmm , wonder why nobody is helping you ?
