live rock yellowish orange?

What does it mean when your live rock has orange on it? When we first purchased it, it was a greenish color now it is a yellowish orange. Is this just a stage it goes through?:notsure:

Welcome to the boards. Coraline algea is a calcerous type of algea that grown on reefs. It's a good thing in your system. I've never seen orange, but it could be I reckon. At any rate it's normal for new rocks to be all kinds of colors.
