Is there any special care for live rock ??

After the curing process, all it needs is some light. Perhaps give it some food now and then for the worms, other hitchhikers and bacteria to stay active. The only other thing is to maintain your water chemistries.

I'd suggest a 2 part calcium/alkalinity buffer like Bionic if you want your coraline to spread
