Can i move my Live rocks while my fish are in the tank?

ok, just checking, because i need to do a better job on my rock work. earlier, my rocks were wobbling. and my lunare wrasse likes to sleep under under a rock, so i wanted to move rocks so it would be more stable so my fish don't get caved in.

Move the sand out of the way and put the very botom rocks on the bare-bottom tank. You can then move the sand back around the bottom rocks. This will result in a VERY stable base which won't collapse when those curious creatures burrow underneath.
