would like to know if this rock is going to change anything in the tank like the ammonia or nitrate or anything else it looks like it is bleeched white from florida they are porous, THESE ARE NATURALLY DRIED CARRIBEAN REEF ROCKS

Every time you put something in your tank you change the environment & the bioload. The "naturally dried" or dead LR (one in the same in my book) will have all kinds of debris trapped inside & should be rinsed with a high powered hose to get as deep as you can into the rock.
What it will do to you tank would depend on how old/big your tank is, how much your adding, etc.

i have a 120 long and want to put about 60 # the tank is running 16 months with 50# of live rock in there now

ive heard your only supposed to add 10 - 20 lbs at a time to an established tank.
