does the lr from swf.com come pre cured?? also i just set up the tank with a penguin and i have that the heater and sand in the tank i ran the penguin and there are bubbles everywhere and its muking up the water, just wondering if they will go away.

Is the penguin a power head?
If so you probably have the venturi tube coming out of it. Take it off and plug that hole it went into with the cap that it came with, you dont need thisfeature for SW.
Yes the LR form SWF comes pre cured. Very good LR as well.

it varies, i bought the 25# package and i got a few big pieces and some small. You dont really just want big pieces or small pieces, you end up either having a rubble pile or a giant mound of rocks. You want to go for something that is generally pleasing for your eyes and the fishes swimming as well.

I just bought 50# from saltwaterfish.com and split it with a freind had alot of nice pieces with red. green,purple algee on it one peice was 2 feet X 2 Feet . here is a pic of it .. cool piece of rock ... all pre cured....
