Purchased some Figi LR and was wondering about the grayish
dusty looking residue. It's only on some areas of the LR.
Some of the powdery residue appears to have come from what tiny inhabitants have pushed out of tiny holes in the LR.
Can I remove or should I remove this residue?

Do you know if it is cured or uncured LR?

I have the same thing. I have seen this mostly on rocks that have good worm populations (e.g. spaghetti worms). As far as I know, it is harmless. I think you would do more harm then good by trying to remove it.

So those little holes are spider worms? This LR came lots with lots
of critters.
Snails, 3 urchins (don't know what kind), lots of vegitation. Orderd it from my LFS.
