live rocks n' live sand??

how much live rock would i have to use to make a 25 gal tank look full. what are the diffrences between all the types of live rock and live sand, witch are best?

Different types of rock weigh differently example a Figi rock is pouris looking bigger but weighing less then if it were Caribian which is solid and heavy.So it is hard to say how moch rock but I am sure if you put 40 lbs you will be pretty happy or maybe start at 30 lbs and go from there.

of thoes rocks are there any advantages over one another in terms of cycle or compatablity ? or are they just looks and preferance/fish prefrence,,which do u prefer :notsure:

If you are going to do a reef, you should have about 1.5-2.0lbs per gallon of water and that's strictly for biological reasons. If you are going to do a fish only system, you're looking at about 1.0-1.5lbs per gallon of water. These do not have to be exact, they're just guidelines.
