the water bag i feel is more alive and the dry bag lost the water seeing how when i see the water bags and non water bags they are stacked together. i think the non water has a pin hole and lost the water.

i'd suggest buy non live sand , which is much cheaper and then get a few pounds of live sand from LFS or someone you know with an established tank and seed the new stuff.
Can I use a 5 gallon bucket of sand right out of the ocean along with what i already have(40 lbs CC; 20 lbs LS). im heading to Clrwtr and there is nothing more pretty than the white sand there. if so Should i keep it wet or will that be a problem.
