Living green algae with long arms?

So I found this strange animal a few weeks ago and mow there are three. Please someone ID it for me. It has a multitude of long skinny green arms that move about in a controled fashion as if looking for food. It seems to have a central core but it is buried in the sand. All of them live in the sand. They seem to cycle with the lights retracting and expanding. Never seen anything like it. The longest tentical is about 4 in with a bunch of small curly ones in the center. dude try to get a pic. The description you gave sounds like you have medusa in your tank. I would get her out now before she turns you to stone.
