the blue regal tang has about a thousand names like, blue hippo, blue regal, pacific blue tang, etc etc, it could be anything or lol he could be feeding you a load of crap!
I think carshark's avita is Acanthurus nigricans aka whitecheek, never heard lolipop befor.
PBT is A. japonicus aka white face, japanise, or goldrim and I think much hardier than the A. nigricans. But common names can get confusing...
