Long Nose Butterfly

I just purchased one and the associate told me this is a reef safe fish. I read info on it and that is not the case. Has anyone had any issues with this fish not being safe in a reef tank??

i had one in a display tank at work and it munched on hammerhead, leather, musrooms and his favoirite were zoas, finally cought him after 6 months.
