i've got a long tenecale plate coral that now has a pie shaped wedge where it is receding. i have had this coral for about six months and it has been doing fine, just recently it started to recede. my lfs guy said maybe need to add iodine to the tank. so i have been doing that for about 3 weeks. also had a bout with red slime and have been adding liquid reactor to do as he said add to the alk/cal and stablize ph. cal he tested between 400/450. ph i would say close to 8.4.have done some water changes and all esle is well. fish good ,shrooms growing, pulsing whatchamadigger doing great, poylps doing good etc. maroon clown will be homeless if the plate goes to the big reef in the sky, help
