Hi all,
Had a quick question, I did a water change in my 29 Gal. and the arms of my long tentacle anemone shriveled up into a greenish death. Anyone heard of this? It happened so fast

Update::
Ok, so we might have overreacted. it really did look as though it was close to death, a tiny shrivel of itself...in about 20 mins time it came fully back to life- color and thickness returned to its tentacles. It was the weirdest thing ever, so now that we know it didn't die, still looking for answers if this is normal?

I have a pink tip enemone and it will shivel up and look as though there was nothing left and go right back to normal big and full. I have only had saltwater for 3 months, but i think this is a normal thing
looks like the pics are down but look at the tread about trashing the UGF and going to LS

Totally normal behavior. LTA will retract to "rejuvinate" and also to poo. Mine does it on occasion and usually looks even bigger when it is finished.
