It started to look unhappy when i moved it, should i move it back or give it a few days to adjust and then start worrying if it doesn't perk up?

Try feeding it. Additionally i am not familiar with T5 lighting(so i could be mistaken) but if all you have is a little over 200 watts then that will not be enough to sustain this coral.

If it's really unhappy, those tentacles would not be out.
Try not moving it for a few days and see what happens.
If you are unsure whether it would survive, carry it back.

I don't know what's wrong...have you fed it anything yet? You could try giving it something to eat, but it might not eat anything...
Other than that, you could just let it be for a while and see if it gets any better.
Here's what mine looks like

I had one and, of course, it died. Don't move it around too much. Leave it in a decent lower current area for a few days and see how it does. Mine use to like to eat frozen brine, silversides, etc. I hope yours will make it, but you should have probably waited until your tank was more mature.

Here what mine looked like when i got home today, it looks quite abit better... And Darkness i noticed you have your plate in quite alot of current, is it still doing well? It looks GREAT but i was wondering if you are giving it lots of water movement or are the tentacles just picking up on what currents there.

Mine isn't really in a whole lot of current, it just has its tentacles spread out. It's still doing really well, and seems to like where I have it.
Good Luck
