I have a long tentacle plate coral that has been healthy until now. On the back of the coral you can see all of its skeleton up to the mouth, the front part is perfectly fine I just noticed it last night ,any ideas. I should say that I have abuot 25 other coral in the tank (135 gallon) that are perfect. Besides one very hard to keep gonipora. any help would be appreciated

Long tentacle plates are on the list of corals that will die in a tank. Some make it a few years at best.

Very hard coral to keep. I personally have lost 2 in the past with perfect levels and they were fine one day and took turn for the worst the second. Make sure all levels are good and hope for the best. Sorry to hear you are having trouble with it.
