do you think i should try to get him out i got him 2 days ago and he wont come out

I'd leave him be for at least a couple of weeks, feed him though once a week, once he has himself better acclimated I would hope he would move. For now though I would not risk hurting or causing him more stress.

Many anemones will hide for 2 -3 days all the way up to a week before beginning to settle in to a new tank. Remember they are photosynthetic so when he needs light he will come out into the light. Tempt him in a day or so with a ppiece of frozen krill or lancefish. It sounds awful but a anemone can be trigger to feed again by using a small feeder goldfish.
Just don't try to force a move on him at this point.

ok i think he might be dieing has not moved and it's all small like a prune there is no light in that hole and now i think i have stray voltage running in my tank
