Top off with fresh water, not mixed salt water. That should stabilize the salinity. Do a search (a button at the top of the screen) on Cycling a tank.
The info there may persuade you to hold off on fish for awhile.

It would be safe to wait 6 to 8 weeks to put your fish in a new tank and only then if all your water parameters are good. JMO

I also just got my tank up yesterday! When i asked the pet store how long it would take for the cycling to be done and ready for fish. He said now! But that was only for mollies; they help the cycling! I'm gonna get my water tested in a week; But i'm gonna put fish in about 2-3 weeks!

Are you going to listen to the guy at the LFS who wants to make a quick buck or are you going to listen to the people on this board who, if they are answering your posts, probably know what they are talking about?
Mmm...Patience, as Jedi Master Yoda would say.
Seriously, do some research on this board. Adding fish too quickly will only slow you down in the long run. You're tank probably won't be cycled in 2-3 weeks.
And Mollies? Is there a salt water Mollie that I'm not aware of?

A cycled tank in 2-3 weeks? That's definately a "record breaking time" to me.
In all honesty, IF everything goes well durring the cycling process it sounds to me like you'll be right smack dab in the middle of the nitrite stage (possibly end of ammonia stage). This will be a VERY dangerous time to add fish. That's what 15 yrs in the aquarium hobby with 3 at highly reputable LFS's (aka stores out to make a new hobbyist, not a quick buck) has taught me.
If you were using a large quantity (proportionate to size of tank) of cured
live rock then yeah you could add fish relatively fast. Since your using fish to cycle the tank I would wait 6-8 weeks.

Hello,
It took 5 weeks to cycle my tank. I cycled with 3 damsels, a few pieces of live rock and 20pds of Arag Alive Reef Sand.
It was worth the wait.

At least 6-8 weeks IMO. Let things stabilize for at least a week (i.e - get the same readings on a test kit for 1 week) and then you can think about adding fish.
