Look! Live rock pics

This is stuff i ordered for my 20 gal(about 30 lbs) the pictures look awsome, hopefully the rock will be the same.

do you by chacnce know if that stuff was cultivated?

Im not sure but i dont think so. i paid about 5.60$ per/lb (shipping included in that price). It is light weight so you get more for the money. It isnt cured, just fresh picked. so we will have some die-off but will still find cool things. The guy i talked to said the next shipment they get in on monday, and thy are going to ship it as soon as it arrives. He said it was mostly covered coral skeletos, with occational rubble pieces. Ill take some pics when i get it to compare photos.

Ya, i thought of that but the guy i talked with said that it, as well as the tonga ridge rock has been real colorful latley.

When you get it, take some pictures right away then at a month or so and post them. I'll be putting my 75 gallon together between now and Christmas and would love to get some good rock.

Thanks for the adivse. I figured they take the best pics, but i only needed a little, and a lot of places sell 45 lb boxes as the smallest. Im pretty good at reading peoples voices and i asked lots of question and i think it will be good. If it looks pretty close to the pics it will be worth it. i looked at other places for rock, i was considering some of this new stuff at aquacon but where i got it it was a little cheaper. I also wanted fresh uncured rock. i need to cycle my tank, and wanted to see what kind of animals i could get. My work has some LR that is ok but thee isnt any where aroung here that sell good rock. But i agree that i would like to see it first. I'll take some pics when i get it thursday and post them and we can compare the pictures. The shipment will be in on tuesday from fiji (they are sold out right now) so unless it got stuck on the plane i will get it thursday fresh from the ocean.
