Look mom i got some wierd worm in my tank

last night i noticed a translucent worm (its head looked like a snails head) digging tunnels in my sand .. what is it ? and is okay to have

about 1/16" around 1-1 1/4" long.. you could see his insides... his head had 2 little antenna’s maybe 1/8 long his head was super small... i could see his inners (brown) moving around

i just noticed the same thing in my tank. Only reason i saw him is b/c i saw the tunnels in the sand on the front glass. I was wondering what it was too, didnt ask b/c i didnt know how to describe it. Ill try and take a picture but im not sure you'll be able to see it.
