if you have something laying around. for a 25 gal 36" tank maybe a 2 is 2 much?

i had a maxi-jet 1200 in mine until i set up the sump. now im using a mag 5 for as return pump, but i had to stack rock up in front of the return to break the current. it was blowing the sand everywhere. but the mj1200 seemed just about right. and i saw a thread on here about mj1200s for $8

I'm not real sure if they would be mantis approved and I love the koralia magnet system I dont have to worry about it blowing sand around. thanks
