looking for a program to edit my pictures with

I am trying to find a downloadable program to edit my pictures with so that I can try and improve my picture quality does any one know of any decent free download programs?

Infranview..I use it and Adobe Photoshop, but I got that from a friend

Hmm, Picassa, in google pack. OR you could get photoshop, and find a serial number, but I did not tell you that.

Mine works fine with number generated that came with the borrowing of the Adobe..

nero photosnap viewer is simple to use and makes the pics look awesome. Here's a before & after for you to see.

if you get paint.net or whatever that is and also another called gimp you can do anything...

I use Adobe Photoshop Elements. It is a photo organizer and editor. I got mine from a friend too
