I'm just getting back into the hobby after a 5 yr break. I set up a 30gal in my son's nursery. It has about 40 lbs of LR, 3-4" sand bed in the DT and about 4 lbs of rubble rock and some cheato in the sump.
It's been running for 2 months now. Currently have two true perc and a yellow watchman goby, coral banded shrimp.
The light upgrade just arrived a 36" NovaExtreme Pro 6x39 watt T5 HO. So I'm pushing 234W or 7.8W/gal. I've already got a pretty good idea of what I want to put in there but got some questionable items on the list just wanted to see if anyone seen issue's with what I hope to accomplish.
Sixline Wrasse
Copepods
Pistol Shrimp
Bubble Tip Anemone
Mushroom Polyps - Ricordea
Xenia
Green Star Polyp
Yellow Polyps
Galaxea Coral
Brain Coral - Green Closed
Mandarin
I know the light is strong enough for some but not sure about the Galaxea and the Brain, pretty well thinking about doing it in that order as well. Any thoughts and/or advise will be well appreciated.

if its been running for 2 months it might already have some pods in there..
Look to see if you have little white specks on the glass. Mine started showing up about 2 months in.. if you got that much light you should be good to go with just about anything

the only thing i would worry about actually would be the anemone roaming in such a small tank and taking out some of the corals on the way. Everything on your list looks great, maybe try some large hairy mushrooms or some frogspawn if you decide not to go with the anemone.

I agree with the Frogspawn, however I do have a bubble tip, it is pretty well set, likes to cover most of itself in the rocks, with only little showing.
