i am looking for a good light for a 55 gal. that is reasonable. i would like one with enough light to be able to get a anenome and maybe a clam.

I have a Coralife 4x96watt PC retrofit kit. It is only 2-3months old and works great. Includes 2-50/50bulbs 2-Full Actinic bulbs, 2 2x96 ballasts, quick disconnects and individual on/off switches. New it would be over $300, I had them on my 55, should be fine for a Anenome, I am not expert on clams though, maybe if it was up top??? Asking $200, we could meet halfway also. I am just 10mins west of Indianapolis. PM me for details or post here.

I have a 384w pc light here for sale it has 2 antics 2 10k and moonlights it is a single unit. I am asking $250ish shipped but will deal. bulbs are around 2 months of use on them. I have had 3 anenome under this light for about 7 or 8 months. Here is the thread

The one i have has 3 plugs one for the moonlights one for the antic and one for the daylight. There is also 2 switches. the moonlights have no swithch but use almost no power like 2 or 3 watts so i left them on all the time. They have a 100000 hour life on them thats around 11 years so you do not have to worry abouth them burning out.

I have never had a clam but where i got the lights they said i could keep anything in a 55 and almost anything in a 75. Thats all i have to go on. If it s a big concern i would post a new thread and ask others what they think. I only have about 2.5 years of saltwater experince.
