I got mine from http://www.exoticfish.com/default.htm. they had the best prices at the time. i just emailed them and they gave me a better price than what was listed. i hope this helps.

You can also build a canopy and install ballasts yoursef for much cheaper. You can sometimes get good deals on ballasts.

I have two brand new 96 watt Power Compact Retro kits. You get the Electronic ballast, not the hugh tar ballasts. The reflector Bulb clips, power cord, all mounting hardware. Everything but the bulbs. I'm looking for $50 each plus shipping. I may also have some bulbs if you are really interested.
