Looking for return pump.

Looking for a return pump that can do well with this type of setup:
30gal sump/ 125gal main tank. I dont know how much flow I need so i need your help. If you have one for sale please PLEASE let me know!

I recommend something with 1200-1500 gph. That's whats working very nicely fo me. You want to get as much flow as you can get!

I have a 90 gallon tank, that is pre drilled for over flow I haven't set it up yet but I was wondering if I need a return pump and a sub pump? I really need help on how to do this. I'm currently running a 55 gallon salt tank and I feel I ready for bigger. The next is getting it running. Thanks :joy:
