Look on flea bay if you don't get any replys. I got a 440w (4 48" actinics) for aobut $150 I think. The wiring is not the best but it worked great when I needed to bump up the color in my tank.

i also have 48" 4 vho set up, have 2 extra bulbs also. Uses a ARO ballast, and a simple retrofit reflector.

I have a coralife ballast that can accomodate 2/48 inch bulbs of about 110 watts each. I'll sell for $80 shipped.

Yeah I have 4 250W 10k Double ended. The fixture they came in had 4 90w vho's for suplimental lighting but just not enough. The colors really popped under the added actinics.

So Mumbulog you're offering just a ballast right? And Bchbum you're offering a retrofit kit, is it in a housing unit and what is the wattage of the bulbs? Thx

your right, all I have is the ballast. Bulbs are about 30 a piece extra brand new. Your better off buying new bulbs no matter what people say when they sell bulbs to you. The popular phrase is only been used 3 moths, went to halides, usually BS! So who ever you buy from, trust me get new bulbs!

haha i agree with mumbulog, but heres my plug, mine are 6 months old, and its a 440 watt complete set up. Atleast you could use them for a temp until you buy new bulbs.
