Looking to get a 12 Gallon Nano Tank

Hi Everyone, I need some help with getting a nano tank.
I want to put 2 Clown fish in the tank, and i was wondering what i needed besides the tank to have a successful tank.
The tank im currently looking at is a 12 Gallon, Built in 3- Stage filtration, powercompac lighting system, and the skimmer. I dont know what the light on it is.
And there is a Delux model with cooling fans, and 24W Combo Bulbs.
I NEED SOME HELP!!!
Please help me with my topic and i would greatly appreciate it.

But i want to put two clown fish in it, and it said This is what it should have: filter system, heater, protein skimmer, UV sterlizer, LED lights, cooling fans, water pump and a chemical filtration system.

that tank only brings the filter, lights, moon lights and that it. the UV, skimmer it dont bring neither heater.
and the ballast always break on the nano cube.

I have a heater. so would all i need to get is that??, and i live in London Ontario Canada, do they deliver to here?
