No, not even a baby dwarf Seahorse. They are detrivores and couln't harm even a copepod.
There is a chance it is a Terebellid Worm that has been damaged (cut in half). Same rules apply as with the Cirratulid except the Terebellid is going to show up in the rocks while the Cirratulid would prefer sand but can adapt to rocks.
