Looks like Webbing

Hello. i have a something going on with my tank. it looks like webbing. the tank has been going for about 2 months now. everything is going great (so far), a few set baacks but that was rookie mistakes. last week i took out my damsels to get the tank going with my goal fish. i noticed this white web like stuff on the bottom. after chancing the damsels for 45 minutes i noticed i sturred up the webbing. it's all through the tank now and looks like white hair trimmings. plus it seems to be growing on the bottom again. i've included some pictures. is there something else i should be testing for? what is the white webbing?
calcium - 400
phosphate - -.25
nitrate - 10
hardness - 9

its probably some sort of worm building a safe zone plus there are several different species that do net casting to catch food.
a few other things to test for
ammonia
nitrite
and PH
what is your goal for the tank?

Try lowering your powerheads closer to bottom of tank.Manderins need lots of rock and pods are their favorite food.

I found the worm making the webbing. i was hoping to get a picture of it to see if i coould get it identified but it's in a hard place to get a picture of. hard to explain what it looks like. it's actually a nice little addition to the tank. thanks for all the input guys. maybe i'll get some pictures of it soon so someone checking out the post can see the final on it.

I would say that Pods are their only food. It is very rare to get them to accept anything else. I know that there is the exception but I would wait till you know that you have a huge population of pods before adding a Mandarin. They also require a lot of rock work.

I found this on another site
It is probably a sponge. They grow in dark ares of average flow. They are normal and will not harm your tank. It is possible that it is a type of vermatid worm. They excrete a web at night to capture food particles, they then retract this web and digest the catch. Also not a problem.
