Lost 2 fish in past month

Ok not sure why but 2 fish have died in past month....a sixline wrasse about a month ago. The wrasse i am not sure exactly when it died and i never found it. My lemonpeel angel died last night. The lemonpeel i noticed started hiding more and not coming out to eat as fast. Checked all my parameters. The only thing i noticed for the past couple of weeks is the fasle perkula clown has been more aggressive...he chases everything ever since i added a juvenile black perc clown. How do u know if i have ick...dont seee any white spots on remaining fish...any ideas??

Clown could have stressed the Angel but I highly doubt it did that to the wrasse they can hold their own with pretty much anything in the tank. When I put my trigger in he kind of took it personal and the trigger tried to establish dominance, the wrasse won.

Orignially i had 2 clowns that i bought together and one somehow jumped out of tank...but then the angel and remaning clown were always together until i got the other clown and they became buddies....that was 2 months ago...but also noticed then about a month after i added new clown that old clown is aggressive towards allthe other fish. It appears all is healhy in tank??

Do you have a QT that you can place the clown in to see if she is the culprit?
Few questions:
1) where are these fish from?
2) did they all come from the same place?
3) what are you feeding?
4) how do you acclimate?

The fish are from mostly from one LFS except the 1st clown put in about 1 year ago....the lemonpeel was in there for atleast 10 months. I do not have a QT to put the clown in. I am feeeding mysis shrimp, algae sheets, and i also give them some krill about every other day. i give them one cube. I drip acclimate for usually 2 hrs. the other fiish that died was in tank for 6 months. The latest addition the other clown has been in a couple of months and seems healthly.

It might just be the store you're buying from.
It may be aggression, but my gut is just telling me that it's not.
Lemonpeels are finicky fish, so you might just have to throw that under the "some fish just die" category. Many dwarf angels don't live long term in a home aquarium.
The wrasse, did you ever find his body? They are jumpers (just trying to rule this out).
For the next fish you add, try leaving the lights off, or adding in the evening with only actinics on and the darkness over night. If it's an aggression issue, this should help with that. Some people prefer 24hr dark tanks after the addition of new fish, I haven't found this to be necessary.
The one time I had a major aggression issue, I took a pick of a lionfish, a very large lionfish, and a large angelfish and taped it to the glass, the fish backed off when they thought a bigger fish was now in the tank.

I never did find the wrasse..not sure when i lost him because he hid in my rock work a lot. I did try and find him by moving all the rocks and lifting them. I cant see behind my tank very well but will look..i didn't think there was much space to get out, i have a corner tank that only the back triangle is open, but i had a clown jump out..or i say he was pushed by the other clown

Right now i am gonna chalk it up to the angel just lived its time and not sure on the wrasse. Everything seems good right now so unless i have another loss gonna let it be. thanks everyone

Losing 2 fish is not all that unusual, especially for a relative newcomer. Could just be co-incidence. BTW; if your clowns are different species (like an ocallaris and a percula); they will probably end up fighting to the death. most single clowns end up female and will not tolerate other clowns at all. If they are just color variations of the dame species, all will probably be OK. All female clowns become very territorial as they mature.

my clowns are of the same species, and when i replaced the first that ended it all by jumping out i made sure to get a smaller juvenile.
