Yosemite,
I seen an old post of yours in the archives but it doesn't seem to be the same creature. Your picture showed what seem to be little curled up worms in the shape of 9's and 6's. These guys are little white round dots and although I can't get a great pic, When I hold up a 10X magnifier to the glass it almost looks like a transparent round egg with a real tiny yellowish worm inside. Make sense

No they don't seem to be moving at all. They are just stuck to the front and side glass.

When you say worm, do you mean long and slender like a snake, or just sort of a blob? It occurred to me that I used to have some sort of baby snails that I never did ID. They were pinhead sized (less than 2mm), and looked like a small abalone or limpet: a round/oval shell with a round animal underneath. I never saw them move, but when I scraped the glass, they would return in the morning. They never seemed to be a problem.

Yo,
We are talking about white spots the size of a pencil point. But with 10X magnification there seems to be something yellowish inside. I have been watching 5 of them in a group and they haven't moved in 45 minutes. My Astrea's are active but I just saw one crawl over one of the dots and he didn't eat it. I am at a loss. Could possibly be snail eggs? I have Nassarius, Astreas, Nerites and Ceriths
looks kinda like snail eggs in my tank, mine have never laid them all spread out liek that though, mine are always in some kind of a group good luck on this hunt for ID
I finally got my camera to take a pic in Macro mode and I have a better pic to show of my white spots stuck to the inside of my glass. Any help would be appreciated.
Tks, Steve
