I feel like I have owed you something since you were so kind to help me with the Twilight calendar over Christmas. Well I finally cut you some roses from our garden. However, well you will see down below.



Yep, Fred likes to drink the rose water.
IF you will notice from the mess in the back ground these pictures were taken at two differnt times. She REALLY likes the rose water.

I love roses! Just keep providing Fred with her rose water for me, she needs something special with all of the extra critters in the house.

I saw Fred shoving her head in there and thought, LTS would love to see that.

We only have one extra animal in the house right now so Fred and Stanley are happy, almost. The extra animal is Margie the dog and she has no training. She is the only dog I have seen that will jump on the counter, that is where we feed the cats their wet food, so Margie eats the cat wet food. She has no qualms about doing it because she will jump up on the counter right in front of us.

Love the peach/pink rose. First year ever that my roses haven't done well. Summer was too cool/wet. And a cool summer in Ohio is very, very odd.

Thanks Kelli. We have been in this house 8 years now and just planted roses last year, I have no idea what took so long. They were not doing so great when they first came back. Then I Miracle Gro's the S out of them and the literally exploded. I love that stuff.

Oh we have said more than once in this house, "Look at __________ Other's would frown on that." The only problem is that I gave her some milk from my cereal bowl. Now she chases me all over the house when I have cereal. I even go upstairs and she follows me pushing her head in my bowl when I sit down. The funny part is she only like the milk from some cereals. Honey bunches of oats is a big no-no, I just end up with a puddle of milk sitting on the table.
D, you are right though, I do draw the line at dogs on the counter. Hey you have to have SOME rules.

Kelli, Fred and Stanly are foster failures. We were fostiering a litter and when Fred was 3 weeks old and of unknown gender I said "He looks like a Fred" Well we ended up keeping Fred obviously. Fred needed company so we kept one of her sisters. My son got to name this one and he was reading a book about "Stanley's birthday party" so voila - Stanley.
I have to admit, Homer is a great name for a cat!

Just for you, some pictures from tonights game.
Sorry the first one is blurry, it is actually taken as Loretta is hitting the game winning hit. I just wanted to capture the atmosphere of the stadium.

Then here is the crowd and the Dodgers celebrating on the field.

One more to show how ecstatic everybody was. Even the drunk who was in the row behind us who kept hugging my wife and high fiving me.

OK now some Fred pictures for you. The roses are not gorwing much anymore so we don't have any rose water for her. She now drinks out of the aquarium, freshwater of course.


After she quenches her thirst she sits on the corner of the tank and stares at you.

Meow, well I think we can agree to disagree.
LTS, Well I guess I can hope that you have good seats and good weather. Do they still play at Bush stadium? That was where I finally convinced my dad that I needed glasses.
Mia, yeah it had a touch of that. The family right in front of of left after the second out. So they basically missed the entire game.
Sep, Fred seems to like drinking "flavored" water. Of course she can always drink out of the swimming pool!

I hear you on the flavored water. My cat Callie she lovedmy sons 15 for months. Then it crashed while my wife was having our son last month. Called my daughter fed the fish 1 lb of turtle food
. So we tore it down and made it a 15 gallon Nano tank. Right now it has a pair of False Perculas and a Coral Beauty in it. She went to it for a drink and then puked in the Turtle tank.
But you have to realize something about my cat she is nutter than a 3 dollar bill.
I have seen this cat try to climb a tree to chase a squirrel and she is Declawed she gets about 20 feet up it and then gets this look like OH CRAP I FORGOT I have no claws and bang she falls. This cat is the only one I have seen that does not land on her feet she has rolled out of my bed at night and landed on her back. Then she looks at me and goes what happened.
