low budget light system

I'm on a low budget and a newb,
I have a 77 fowlr(15lbs lr)
with 2 36" marine glow 30 watt and 1 power glow 30 watt
is that enough?
it's 18 inches high.
what does the 14,000 k mean?
and can i keep a pink tipped anemone in the tank?

anemones are light loving so I would say no to the pinktip however if the light looks to be enough then it is FO dosen't need special light however I would recomend you have some type of atinic for the coraline on your live rock.

anemones in genral need a lot of ight but a few possible aneomes u could
keep are mushrooms coral and bubble aeone that require average light levels

SO you have 90 watts total or 60 watts total Mushrooms may do okay with the 90 watts. I would change the power glow with an actinic bulb to put some blue in the tank. don't get a bubble coral. I'm not sure exactly what a bubble anem is
