I have a 29 gallon Biocube and have been recently disappointed to discover that the lighting which seemed so nice inside that sleek little hood is very much inadequate for the seabae anemone that my LFS told me would do great in there. Well, I'm going to take him back to the store and I'd like to substitute him with some corals, but don't want to make that mistake again.
What I'm wondering is, are there any corals that will do good under that kind of lighting? It's 1 10,000k 36w daylight coralife bulb and 1 36w blue actinic bulb.
Also, I was thinking about upgrading the lighting in this hood from nanotuners.com. I was going to go with the $180 upgrade kit which would double this current lighting setup. Would this allow me to have a larger variety of corals than my current lighting or even to keep that beautiful seabae?
Thanks and happy holidays to all!
