Low PH

My PH is only 8.0. How do I raise it? Here are the rest of the tests:
Ammo .25 (don't know why) tank has been up and running since Oct.
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0
Temp 82
Salinity 1.026
Using RO/DI water
Calcium 440
Alk - high (I still haven't found an alk test that doesn't have low, medium, high readings).
How can I raise the PH without also raising the alk?
Lights are 3 250W hqi de mh 13K and 2 140W actinic VHOs. VHOS run 2-11 pm and MH 4-9 mp. I'm still getting diatoms since I put the lights on in May but just recently switched to RO/DI water. I've been using distilled water for the past month and just started the RO/DI this weekend with a 20g water change.
I use Tropic Marin salt. I've been doing water changes every week (about 20 gallons).
I have a RENA XP3 filter that I just got last week. 3 Maxijet1200 PHs. 100 lbs LR and 100 lbs LS.

I believe when you use separate calcium, alkalinity, ph buffers that you have to dose each of them. Kalkwasser contains all of the above in one package. You may want to visit the reef boards as they have quie a few good threads on the matter. Try searching the archive/faq forum as well.
Here's a good thread:
Calcium, alkalinity, ph
ps- I know back when I started a year or so ago I used ph buffer weekly and it really started screwing up the clacium and alkalinity badly.

Mud, the B-Ionic is a 2 part additive. One for calcium and one for alk. I think my Alk is high because I was using Kent Marine Buffer for PH and didn't realize that was alk too. I'll look at the other threads you suggested and start using the kalk but I don't want to raise my calc and alk up. As always, thank for your help.
