LR/Coral ???

Yet another dumb quetion by me................
Do i need LR if i was to have coral???
BTW i'm setting up a 30G today with 22LBS Aragonite and 20LBS LS, yeeeeeeeeey..........

LR adds a vast amount of filtration as well as beneficial hitchhiking creatures to your tank. Most corals like to be placed on LR to live and grow properly, but I think that reefs should always have at least 1 pound of LR per gallon. For your tank I would recommend at the very least 30 pounds of rock. I have 50 pounds in my 30 gallon.

Thanks a lot, what about that other new question............. Add the water that comes with the LS or not? I'm doing it today so it'll b nice to know

I'm off to the LFS now, gotta get me some Water............
By now i should just probably camp out there, This is addicting and i need my fix for the day
